United Way of Lancaster County

Mobilize the caring power of our community to achieve impactful, systemic social change within Lancaster County. Our focus areas are: kindergarten readiness, post-secondary credential obtainment, decreasing the number of people living in poverty, and increasing the number of people who have access to a medical home. We do this by supporting 10 collective impact partnerships (with more than 300 partners) that align with these community-identified priorities. We act as a county-wide convener, bringing our community together to discuss issues, share resources, improve and expand services, and advocate for all vulnerable Lancastrians.
