SPCA Westchester is dedicated to saving homeless, abused and abandoned animals and to protecting animals from cruelty and neglect through education and enforcement of humane laws. Founded in 1883, SPCA Westchester is one of the oldest humane societies in the United States. Recognized as a no-kill Rescue Center, the SPCA is committed to finding homes for all adoptable animals regardless of space or length of stay. Our services include: rescue, rehabilitation and adoption, humane law cruelty investigations, seizures and arrests; low-cost veterinary care; humane education, pet therapy and pet safety for victims of domestic violence. *SPCA Westchester is NOT affiliated with the ASPCA or any national animal welfare organizations.
