INCLUDEnyc's mission is to promote positive futures and enhance the quality of life for New York City youth with any disability, birth to age 26, and their families by increasing access to educational, employment, and independent living opportunities, while advocating with families for meaningful inclusion in the broader community. INCLUDEnyc empowers our young people and families with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to make informed decisions, effectively access and navigate service systems, and advocate for themselves and other young people with disabilities and their families. INCLUDEnyc serves approximately 15,000 youth, parents, and professionals, while making more than 900,000 points of contact with individuals each year. Our programs (such as our Help Line, direct assistance, workshops, trainings, information resources, and advocacy skills development)-all free and multilingual-break down barriers to opportunity and promote greater inclusion and equity for all.
