Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee

The Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee began its journey in 1917 in Nashville. Since then many girls and communities have become a part of the Girl Scout legacy of taking today's girls and making them the leaders of tomorrow. Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee comprises more than 14,000 girls and 7,000 adult volunteers in 39 counties. Girl Scout troops provide girls with opportunities for social interaction and new experiences. Under the guidance of trained, adult role models girls work toward individual and group goals and develop positive values.
