Founded in 1995, Center for Urban Renewal and Education (CURE)'s mission is to fight poverty and restore dignity through the messages of faith, freedom, and personal responsibility. . CURE seeks to achieve this by building awareness that an agenda of traditional values, limited government and free markets is of the greatest benefit to low-income Americans. We work in the media, on Capitol Hill and in poor communities to promote social policies that protect unborn life and promote market-based policy to transition poor Americans from government dependence to economic independence.
